At the beginning of October I decided to do a yoga challenge, where you strike a prescribed pose every day and upload a photo of yourself to Instagram along with a few hashtags to connect you with the other challenges. I tagged a few of my past and present clients, and the lovely Kerri agreed to join in with me. Well, I am ashamed to admit it but she lasted longer than I did. Some of those poses were just ridiculous - leg over your ear while you do the hoola ridiculous. I gave up before I even reached the half way point, but I really did enjoy the community of people doing the same challenge that I met along the way. Kerri came up with the fab idea to do a mooooove-vember challenge, with prompts that everyone would be able to participate in safely without risk of injury!
There is no pressure to post every day, although it will be quite an achievement to get to the end of the month knowing you did it! There are no right or wrong photos, no good or bad ways of doing things, we want to see how creative you can get with each prompt - so go wild and have fun with them!
